Got questions? We have complied some
of the most frequently asked questions that other clients have had and put them
here for you to view. Never hesitate to call us to ask your questions or to
get more information about our service.
Q. Can we pick the
style of music we want to have played at our event?
A. You bet you can! Your event is completely
customizable to your taste not ours. You can pick songs from our music library
that you want played. If we don’t have a song that your looking for, we
will get it!
Q. Can I put together
a do not play list?
A. Yes you can! Once your song is on the do
not play list there is NO WAY that it will ever be played the night of your
event.
Q. Does your price
included set up & take down?
A. We know that some Disc Jockey companies
charge extra for this service. Not us! Set up & take down is on us!
Q. Can you make all
the anouncements?
A. Yes we can! We
don’t charge extra for Master Of Ceremony services. Your DJ / MC will
make all the necessary announcements as well as walk you and your guest through
all the formalities of the evening.
Q. We dont want a
DJ that talks all night and is cheesy!
A. We hear you! Your DJ will have as much or as little interaction
as you would like. Some times our clients want us to be interactive sometimes
they want us to be more laid back and disappear after the formalities. The choice
is yours, if you don’t want cheese you won’t get cheese. We like
to think your the star of the show not us!
Q. Do you charge
a retainer?
A. Yes, to book and hold the date and
time of your event we do require a small $100 dollar deposit with a signed contract
for services. This will guarantee your date, time and price is locked in.
Q. When is the balance
due?
A. The remaining balance is due 14 days
before the event.
Q. Do I get to meet
my DJ before my wedding day?
A. Yes you do! Your DJ will be in contact with you in less
than 1 week after we receive your signed contact and retainer. At that point
you will share contact information with your DJ who will be in touch with you
2 months before your wedding day. At this time you will set up a time to meet
face to face and plan out the evenings events. You will talk about music selections,
formalities, time lines, announcements and more. This session can last up to
an hour and when it’s over, your DJ and you will know exactly what’s
going to happen before it ever does! This will make your event go smoothly and
ensure that your event is a success! If your event is short notice we will accommodate
as much as possible.
Q. When should I
book my event?
A. As soon as you have a date! We have weddings and events
booked 2 years out. The quicker you call us the better chance we will have your
date available. With entertainment being one of the biggest factors to your
events success don’t hesitate to call us to discuss your event and to
get started. Once your booked you can rest assured knowing you have chosen one
of the best entertainment companies in the Tri-State!
